If your item is faulty there’s no got to send it back to us. Please take a photograph of the matter and email it, along side your contact details, order number and delivery address to: [email protected] Our customer service team are going to be quite happy to supply a replacement or a voucher for any items lost or damaged within the post, or where the customer isn't satisfied with how their artwork looks when printed.
